Hi there, thanks for stopping by.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor living and practicing in Vancouver, BC.

I am passionate about supporting clients through their struggles and consider it a real privilege to be a part of such meaningful work. I have a special interest in working with adults (19+) experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or issues related to difficult childhood events and experiences. As a parent, I also enjoy supporting fellow parents through struggles that can be unique in raising small humans. My role is to walk alongside clients, similar to a guide who points out places of interest worth deeper exploration and self-reflection. Your goals for change are important to me. Therefore, my aim is to support you toward such change by offering quality client care built on the foundation of trust and safety so that you may openly share your worries and concerns with me.

I previously worked with youth and young adults with signs of anxiety, depression, dissociation, high-risk behaviours (e.g. suicidality and self-harm), abandonment, systemic oppression, and early attachment trauma. I have also supported a diverse population of distressed callers on a crisis line and volunteered with youth in various capacities. My background also includes communications and advocacy work supporting women and families. In addition to formal graduate and post-graduate training, I also draw on the wisdom that comes from a unique blend of personal life experiences both as a parent and someone who has benefitted from being in the client seat as well.

I practice from an attachment-based, trauma-informed lens and use an integrated model, which means I intentionally draw from modalities that best fit you and your goals.

I get that life can be hard, overwhelming, and messy regardless of age and life stage. Although our stories may be different, I believe we share in our vulnerability, desire for change, and need for genuine connection.
